Ken Goodey ‘There is no beauty that hath not some strangeness in the proportion’. It's the oddness; the uniqueness in BAN's music that I find attractive. That and the signature wobbly, ‘sounds out-of-tune to me’ guitar! Almost as soon as my mind lights on a recognisable phrase or rhythm, it changes or is gone - replaced by something new; something…else. BAN stimulates, intrigues, is never dull, and I’m still enjoying being a fan of this artist, even after the mere 15 years I’ve known about them. Favorite track: BLUT AUS NORD - Némeïnn.

Nihil's Maw Dude, it's PHOBOS and Blut Aus Nord. This is the dream duo, my man. Too bad the PHOBOS side seemed less complimentary to Blut Aus Nord's style here than I would've liked (for more flow between album halves). Still, both bands did something new and unexpected with their sound, with the first and last tracks being some of my fav songs from the respective bands. Favorite track: P.H.O.B.O.S. - Ahrimanic Impulse Victory.

"Triunity" is the result of an unexpected reunion gathering two major entities of the extreme musical scene. Both engaged in a bewitching endeavour to create an occult structure of industrial, urban and insane sounds.

P.H.O.B.O.S., the mechanical dark mass, and BLUT AUS NORD, the occult sonic sorcery, develop their own vision and present, in "Triunity", an higher form of music to illustrate this enigmatic and esoteric concept.

This ambitious and deeply dark project is the metaphysical alliance of Industrial Dark Drone and Legendary Unorthodox Black Metal.

Researched Icelandic bands before being able to visit the country in 2019 and found primarily Misþyrming!!!! They reignited and intensified an existing ( and somewhat on the back burner at the time ) love of heavy music. Even listened on the flight there!
